Welcome to another Friday Flight Log! It’s Friday the 13th, and whether you’re superstitious or not, it’s the perfect time to check in on everything Annii and the crew have been up to — no black cats or broken mirrors, I promise!

Did you catch all of Annii’s technical analysis this week? Here’s a recap.
- Her latest BTC update is up, with the Daily timeframe at a critical level heading into the weekend.
- On the weekend, she posted this important analysis comparing the current price action with the big drop that happened in early August related to Yen carry trades.
- She followed it up Sunday with an urgent YouTube update, highlighting the potential for further unwinding of positions before the Bank of Japan’s rate decision.
- Mid-week she covered BTC and the Bitcoin dominance charts, as well as the TradFi old-boys, DXY, YEN, the S&P and NASDAQ. She explained why she has no strong bias either long or short, with the market in limbo ahead of big news events.
- And yesterday she shared her latest investment update on why she’s not making any immediate changes, keeping her existing limit orders where they are, and holding on to dry powder for now.
- While she’s personally staying on the sidelines, for those looking for altcoin entries, Annii posted detailed charting for coins closing in on promising buy zones.
Overall, it was a bit of a frustrating week on the charts for many of us, and so I really loved this advice…
If you’re finding yourself chart watching, try stepping away and do some study instead. If you’re in good trades and profits are protected, there’s no reason to watch every candle.

Jarrid’s new blog, Understanding the Upcoming Federal Reserve Rate Cuts: Key Considerations and Market Impact, is a must-read for anyone watching how next week’s FOMC meeting may influence the markets. He’s also been busy back-testing to compare Gold vs. BTC and you can dive into his analysis here.
Astro
Annii ‘s been looking ahead at next week’s lunar eclipse, and how the astro is lining up with the FOMC news event. Get the full analysis here. Meanwhile, Wednesday’s post from Crypto Damus gives a heads-up on what might be in store with next week’s eclipse, and the outlook is not great for the bulls. ♉
Based on Damus’ take on the upcoming astro plus using the TBD Method, it seems there’s a strong case for BTC to experience another one or two 1 hour rise levels by the end of the weekend. This would be followed by a 4 hour timeframe retrace before forming an M pattern that leads to drop level 3 on the 4H within the next 1-2 weeks, heading into the end of September.

Cabin Crew Hangouts ✍️
In Cajun’s hangout this week, he covered candle patterns in detail and how to use them to recognize valid entry and exit points. He also went through staggered entries, partial take profits, and managing trades across timeframes to minimise risk and maximise potential gains. He also shared some fantastic tips on maintaining a trading journal.
I’m not in the business of bending the rules. I’ve saved myself a gazillion times by following them.

He demo’d setting alerts to nail the timing of entries. This format for the Friday Hangout has been working well, so Cody’s going to keep at it!

The method, candlestick patterns and all that I’d say took me a year and a half. It was after 1 year and three months or so that I challenged myself to turn $100 into $10k. That was a milestone for me. Turning point. Struggled after that a bit but back on track. Set goals for yourself because it’s the only way to measure success. Small ones at first. Them grow. This takes time. Quit 3 times. Stuck with it. Also, know when you have a losing trade, It’s just as easy to win as it is to loose. Journal your entries and why you entered. If You stick with it and you’ll make it back. I promise. Trust yourself and the method. It works. 🙌
