To access Trade Alerts you must have a TTC membership as well as an exchange account created using one of the links listed in 🏷 offers that also states “eligible for Quest points”. Please choose any exchange you don’t already have an account for, then head to ✔uid-verification to be verified using the UID of that account. Access to trade alerts will remain for as long as you're an active member and actively trading on the exchange account. You can verify as many accounts as you like in order to keep access.
First please make sure you are watching the video all the way to the end. If you stop/pause even one second before the video has finsihed, it will not let you progress. The extension uses the last font and text size used on a horizontal ray.It is likely that yours may have been the same colour as the background, or the transparency is low.

Click on your profile picture, then go to forex settings. Make sure you have selected all the event types that you would like to see.
The list is too long to mention. If you try to add the levels and you get a pop up saying it does not exist, then the coin is not available via API from Hyblock.
Error: The symbol "Exchange:Trading Pair" is not supported.
This means that Hyblock does not provide data for this symbol for heatmaps/liquidation levels.

This means your session may have expired. Click the Sign Out button on the extension and conenct your discord again.
Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'filter')
This means that we have requested the information from Hyblock, but they failed to return it. This could be due to a number of reasons, however just wait 30 minutes and then try again. We can only add what they return to us.
Error: You must be on a tradingview chart.
Please make sure you are using www.tradingview.com - you cannot use region specific pages. If your browser still forces to you fr. in. de. for example, go into your tradingview settings and change the language to English.
These match the 25x, 50x, 100x Long and Short levels from Hyblock:
25x Long = Pink
50x Long = Red
100x Long = Orange
25x Short = Blue
50x Short = Teal
100x Short = Gray-Green
The longer the line in the liquidation profile in Hyblock, the darker the line that we add to Tradingview.
So for example, if you have 6 blue lines and 1 is darker than the rest, you know that level has the highest number of possible liquidations.
The Chrome Extension is only designed to be used on Chrome and Brave browsers on desktop devices.
Chrome for mobile does not have extensions. We recommend doing your initial charting for the day on a desktop and then manually draw your lines in as the extension was designed to be used.
A community sourced solution is to use a different browser for mobile. Kiwi and Yandex browsers will allow the extension to be added per research by the community. HOWEVER, we do not support the extension on mobile using 3rd party browsers, and we do not guarantee the safety of using such browsers either.
If you are running some sort of internet security, this could be blocking the connection.
For example, Malwarebytes returns the error "Website blocked due to riskware" when trying to access hungry-frog-78.deno.dev.
You need to add the address to the authorised list to proceed.
Your software may be different, but ultimately you need to add the address to the safe list of your particular software.

Trade By Design for Black Friday Membership
My Trade By Design Indicator is still the old one.
Delete the indicators from your chart, press ctrl + S (Windows) or command + S (Mac) to save the chart without the indicator. Then press ctrl + R (Windows) or command + R (Mac) to reload the chart. Add the indicator again from invite only scripts.
I can't find the Trade By Design Indicator.
Open Indicators, go to Invite Only Scripts. Do not search by the indicator name. Mark Trade By Design as a favourite. Once marked as a favourite, going forward you'll be able to search by name "Trade by Design" by ttctools.

Make sure that "Use Vol of the equivalent Binance Perp Chart" is selected. There is no need to use the Override check box and choose the exchange manually anymore as this is done automatically for you.

They only calculate approximately 9 weeks back, depending on how many other features you're using. Use the Tradingview Replay option in combination with the Replay/Backtest Mode in the indicator to go further back.
This is the last 15 minute candle of the day at the close of the Friday US Session. It does not highlight the CME gap. The potential CME Gap starts at the close of this highlighted candle and ends as the DGZ opens.
The box is only intended to display on the 5 and 15 minute chart.
If you check this box, the corresponding line will extend to the end of the trading day instead of terminating at the current candle. Extend All Lines Override will extend all of the lines to the end of the trading day.
We include the Asia Gap and Asia Session from 8pm to 3am NY time. There is an option "Display 50% Asia From" which you may change to 2am if you want to start estimating the line early, however the final level will only be set at 3am NY Time.
Ensure that you have selected the appropriate label boxes in the key levels area of settings, to see the line labels on today's levels. For past dates, only IHOD and ILOD display in order to limit clutter.
Check if you have changed the setting "Calculate ILOD/IHOD until (NY Time)". The default is 0200. Also consider that Annii or Cabin Crew would likely mention in their updates if they are changing the time for a particular reason.
Scroll down to the bottom of the indicator settings, uncheck "Slimline".

There are many considerations with the settings with regards to wicks, no wicks etc. You can always select Defaults > Reset settings in the bottom left corner of the indicator and that will get your indicator back to the same default settings that Annii uses.
Change to another time frame and change back again, this should resolve the issue calculation issue.

The ability to show a different timeframe vector on the current chart requires a complex calculation that can slow the indicator loading depending on your TradingView subscription.

The IHOD/ILOD alerts will not fire in the DGZ. They will fire between the start of Asia and the NY session close. (5pm NY)
The ILOD/IHOD can display at different levels based on your settings (Calculate until, Include/Exclude DGZ) . The Indicator alerts will remember the settings at the time of setting the alert. If you have amended the above mentioned settings after the alert was set, it will appear as if alerts are misfiring.
My US Settle Alert isn't working
Please ensure that you set this alert when you are on the 5 or 15 min time frame. It will not fire if set on any other time frame.
Can we set alerts on the Unrecovered Candles?
No. At this point there are no alerts for unrecovered vectors. Please draw a line, ray or range and create your alert on the drawing manually.
Can I fire off an alert on a Green Vector Candle?
The TBD indicator has the ability to fire an alert on "Any Vector" or "Vector crossing the 50 EMA."
To get more granularity regarding Vector alerts (Ie: an alert specifically on a particular vector eg Magenta, Blue, Red/Green) please set the alert on the PVSRA Candles Auto Override Indicator.
