ICYMI: THE TRADE TRAVEL CHILL WEEKLY RECAP

Welcome back legends! Another week is in the books, and there’s a lot to unpack, including some key announcements, so let’s dive in to what went down at TTC (apart from the price action!)

TRADE

👩‍✈️ FROM THE FLIGHT DECK

Annii had a busy week of travel but still managed to share plenty of insights. Here’s your recap! 

• Earlier today she noted the BTC bounce and that she’s waiting for the right moment around the news event to add to long term coin futures and short term longs on BTC, ETH and SOL.
• On Monday she noted that the daily close was not the prettiest, and the 4H wasn’t looking much better with a BCR rejection at 61.8 fibs.
• Over on X she tweeted about the importance of BTC holding the $58-60k range to keep the bullish vibes alive, but warned that a drop to $47k or even the yearly open at $43k could be on the cards if support slips.

Until volume comes in on a bullish move up (which it failed to do on the recent move to 66k), we can’t rule these levels out. But it’s ok, one more flush out, then we can get back to business. ✈️

• Annii blended intuition with technical analysis in this important Capital Club post, balancing optimism about BTC with a warning of a potential final capitulation for altcoins. It’s a reminder for all of us to have a strategic plan in place to manage both gains and losses.

Don’t let this message freak you out, as I’m not saying take action now, and I’m not saying downside is a definite. All I’m saying is build a plan in advance IF your capital is limited so that IF the worst case happens, you can act with calmness because you already know what to do.

Cabin Crew Hangouts ✍️

This week, Cajun introduced us to “Five Demons” that traders face and providing a simple framework for unpacking and overcoming psychological barriers like fear, overconfidence, and the tendency to Trade by Proxy. I think it is brilliant. 

Let’s assume for a second that you know the theory, and now you are in front of an actual setup. You have all the information to understand your chances of a successful trade. Why on earth would you trust anybody else to see it better than you? If you learned the same method as me, you see the same price action, the same candles, the same volume — why would I know better, just because I have more experience?

She shared insights on the challenges of trading in the Asia/Australian timezone and her strategies as a conservative trader, as well as covering all the current price action. I’m not a volatile kind of girl! I’m very conservative, and so I very rarely trade the US session, which has actually made me a pretty patient trader. I’m definitely the most conservative trader in the Cabin Crew, and I would say with confidence that I take the least amount of trades. I don’t trade daily, and I do find it really easy to not trade, especially if my mindset isn’t right.
