Coach Cat hosted a thought-provoking session this week discussing overwhelm in trading and its deeper causes. She emphasised how our reaction to surface-level triggers like market volatility or financial pressure are often symptoms of underlying issues, and how as traders we can examine our mindset, self-worth, and personal patterns that may be contributing to feelings of overwhelm.

This is something many of us struggle with! If you relate, I highly recommend catching up on the session here.

There has also been a wonderful discussion in Discord about feelings of FOMO (who else missed that perfect 4H W last Monday? 😭) and Cat has been sharing her wisdom on how to overcome this.
